How we store the data
We store your data on a password-protected spreadsheet. Your data may be circulated among LSLN Committee members, for the administration of LSLN and for the purpose of organising events. Details of the Committee members can be found here: https://www.lsln.org.uk/about.
What we use the data for
We use your data in pursuit of our legitimate interests to communicate information, engage with your communications and organise events.
We will only provide your data to third parties for the purpose of organising events. We will ensure that any third parties are subject to obligations not to use the data for any other purpose.
How long we hold your data for
We will only retain personal data for as long as we have a legitimate purpose to do so, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Your personal data will be deleted when it is no longer reasonably required or if you withdraw your consent (where applicable).
You can ask us to stop contacting you about our events at any time by sending an email request to lsln.org.uk or in response to any e-mail you receive from us.
